    His experience includes leadership positions with internationally recognized hospitality brands including Hyatt Regency, Hilton, and InterContinental Hotels, as well as independent restaurants, country clubs, banquet facilities, franchise organizations, and multi-unit restaurant groups.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Starting in food and beverage operations and advancing through management and executive leadership roles, he has gained hands-on experience in restaurant management, hotel food and beverage operations, catering, banquets, team development, guest experience, financial management, and business growth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Over the years, Gheith has successfully managed restaurant openings, operational turnarounds, franchise expansion projects, multi-unit operations, and large hospitality teams. His practical, hands-on approach combines operational excellence with real-world business experience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
